Journal With Me- A Season To Let Go

Ready to Journal With Me? We are talking about a season to let go… View the video below!

Hey sis! đź’›

I know you might have missed our Pray • Play • Paint: Journal With Me live, but don’t worry! I’ve got the replay ready for you. Grab your journal, favorite art supplies, a cozy drink, and your Bible. It’s time to get creative!

This month’s theme is A Season to Let Go, inspired by Ecclesiastes 3:1–6. Just like the leaves change and fall during autumn, there are seasons in our lives when God invites us to release things we’ve been holding onto.

Maybe it’s fear, disappointment, old expectations, unforgiveness, or simply the pressure to have everything figured out. Whatever it is, sometimes we need to make room for what God is doing next.

During this creative session, we’ll reflect on Scripture, create a Fall Release List, and create a journal page filled with falling leaves. We’ll explore four simple prompts:

Something I’m releasing
Something I’m forgiving
Something I’m making room for
Something I’m trusting God with

You don’t have to be an artist, and your journal doesn’t have to look perfect. This is about slowing down, spending intentional time with God, and giving yourself permission to reflect through creativity.

Ready to journal with me?

Press play on the video below, gather your supplies, and let’s spend some time praying, playing, and painting together!

As you create, ask yourself: What is God asking me to release, and what might He be making room for in my life?

I’d love to hear from you! Leave a comment and share one thing you’re ready to let go of this season.

Happy creating, sis!
